About Me and This Blog

My name is Toni Clegg, and I was raised on a farm in the far north of the United States. I recently remarried and moved to the southern US, so I’m currently adapting to a very different culture and climate.
I work with small children on a regular basis, which will probably surface in my ramblings from time to time. I’m also the proud “mommy” of two cats. My husband and I are both gamers and Trekkies (which is how we originally became friends… long story.)

I love to read and write and I hope to use those hobbies in a greater way in the days to come. This blog also is my outlet for artistic reflection and the occasional rant. I welcome comments and feedback, both positive and negative. Many of my posts are in poetic form, for more on that see my descriptions on the different categories. This blog has been a journal of sorts for me, covering quite a few years of my life. Sometimes I post frequently… other times I don’t write for a year or so. What I’m writing here is mostly for me, but it is my hope that at least one other person out there might get something out of what I share here.

All photos/art are either pictures I have taken, images friends have taken, images I cannot find a copyright for, or pictures taken from the royalty free clip art at: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/clipart

PLEASE DO NOT USE MY WORK WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!

Or, at least, give me the credit for creating it and link back to my blog. Thanks!

From one contemplative person to another, I invite you to check out this post/poem/prose of mine attempting to capture the experience of my own mind running wild, lol.

    Hopefully you can relate:

  7. The blog is nice, I liked what I have read, but it is a literary blog and your use of the theatre logo for Les Miz, leads me to wonder what, as the ultimate fan of the book, you think about said musical? I haven’t browsed enough to see if you have blogged about it. As a theater person, I am always curious. Keep up the good work.

    • Honestly, Jenny- I haven’t actually seen the musical. The billboard to the musical was the best picture that Plinky found when I entered the search terms ‘Les Miserables’. I do want to see the musical, however.
